Prayer for the blessing of peace
Lord, today is Saturday and as another week is approaching, please bless me with peace that surpasses all understanding. Bless me with the peace that comes from You. That I may be at peace with myself, with others, and of course, with You. Please renew my mind. Help me not to worry about what tomorrow will bring, for You will be with me always.
Help me trust in You, God. In Jesus’ name, amen.

Prayer to be filled with joy
Dear Jesus, this Saturday, please fill my heart with joy. Fill my heart with genuine and long-lasting happiness. I pray that I will learn to rejoice over the smallest things. That there will be no room for discontentment.
I want to be joyful in Your presence alone. In Jesus’ name, amen.

Prayer for an anxious heart
Lord God Almighty, help me cast all my anxieties to You this Saturday. Remove every ounce of worry and doubt that is hindering me from trusting You completely. Remind me that You are always in control and that Your will is good, pleasing, and perfect.

Prayer of thanksgiving for my job
Dear God, thank You for my career. Thank You for the ability to serve You with my skills and talents. This Saturday, I pray that I will always remember to take pride in what I do because You are my real boss.
Please help me look forward to serving You with it because this job is a gift from You. In Jesus’ name, amen.

Prayer for a humble heart
Humble my heart this Saturday, oh God. Help me see that You are the Lord of Lords, and I am nothing compared to You. I pray to have a humble heart that sees Your sovereignty and a heart that is always sincere to ask for Your forgiveness.
Lastly, I pray that I will always be open to corrections. May I will always be willing to learn and gain wisdom from others. Help me be teachable in all ways. In Jesus’ name, amen.

Prayer to be an extension of grace
Jesus, You have loved me beyond beyondness. Thank You that Your grace is free and always available. I pray to be an extension of Your grace this Saturday to the people around me. Guide me into becoming Your instrument and channel. May they see You in my life.
I know that You love them, just as You love me. So please help me win more hearts for You with the way I live my life. In Jesus’ name, amen.

Prayer for the fulfillment of the great commission
As another week approaches, I pray to fulfill the great commission, Lord Jesus. Please help me see this upcoming week as another chance for me to spread the Gospel. May I never take Your story for granted, and share it with as many as I can because this is a commandment from You.
I also pray that I will take this Saturday as a time to prepare my heart and mind to be the salt and light of this world. In Jesus’ name, amen.
