Heavenly Father, we are seeking wisdom and light in this foolish and dark world. Thy word is like a lamp, so teach us to use the lamp to lighten our paths and not fall prey to traps and other dangers prepared by the enemy. Help us to be wary and watchful, and not be destroyed by fear, disobedience, and doubt. I know You can straighten my paths. I ask these things in Jesus’ name, Amen.
