Father, You are merciful! Look down with empathy on me; forgive my opposition and enlighten me to feel the seriousness of my wrongdoings. Fill my heart with fear of Your judgment, and help me to repent of my sins, so that I may be purified in Your sight and be found worthy of eternal life.
