Heavenly Father, I’ve made a mistake. You’re aware of it. I’m aware of it. But saying these things out loud is both terrifying and liberating. My humiliation has been released and swallowed up by Your loving mercy. Hearing myself admit my flaws aloud reminds me of something I often take for granted: Your forgiveness is larger than all my flaws, and Your love is deeper than the dark places in my life. Amen.
