Lord, I pray that my faith is active at all times, my piety unwavering, and may a solid trust prepare me to face death rather than renounce You. Enlighten and strengthen my reason so that it can battle all the harmful ideas of disbelief. Enlighten all men, open their eyes to real wisdom, and teach them to understand the everlasting truths revealed through Your prophets so that they may return to You. Amen.
