God, as I continue on my journey today, I surrender my sameness to You. Many ask for Your benefits; today I want only Your presence. When others are prone to panic, may I sense the peace that accompanies Your person. Whereas others are content to live by instinct, whisper Your instructions into my listening ear. And while others live absentmindedly, heighten my appreciation for Your closeness.
