O Lord, I came to confess my sins before You and express my deep sorrow at having offended such a kind and merciful Father. I admit my flaws in the hope that this admission would lead to repentance and remorse. I implore You, remove the obscurity that conceals my heart’s vices; make them plain and visible to my consciousness, so that I may learn to mend the wounds of my soul. Amen
