Dear merciful Father, I believe that You have laid out plans and tasks for me to complete today. May I be discerning enough to know Your will, and differentiate it from my own, which is mostly wicked and selfish. I admit that I am weak, and in great need of Your protection and empowerment to fulfill the great commission. Teach and help me be obedient, Lord, for Your sake, for others’ sake, and for my sake. I pray all of these in Jesus’ name, Amen.
